ONLINE TESTING SESSIONS
Upcoming Test Dates

When booking the test, you can select both the level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) and the type of TORFL test you wish to take (TORFL, TORFL Secondary, TORFL Primary)

General Instructions for the Test

  • Speaking: Preparation (~8 minutes)

  • Speaking: Oral response (via Zoom with a testing administrator) - 15 minutes

  • Writing: 30 minutes

  • Lexis/Grammar: 40 minutes

  • Reading: 40 minutes

  • Listening: 40 minutes

  • Breaks: A 10-minute break is provided between each section for proctoring and logging into the next component.

For the writing section, answers must be handwritten and uploaded to the platform. If you encounter issues, you may take a photo of your answers and email them to us.

Please note: The time required to complete each skill may vary by approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

After Purchase:
Once your payment is complete, we will contact you to finalize your details.

Detailed Instructions for Taking the TORFL Test:

A few days before the exam, candidates will receive detailed instructions, and login details will be provided 24 hours before the scheduled test date.

 

Accessing the Platform:

  • Open the designated platform and locate the block corresponding to your testing level.

  • A list of all your subtests will be displayed.

Subtest Links

  • Each subtest will have a unique link on the platform.

  • These links will only become visible at the exact time specified in your schedule.

Starting the Test

  • Once the link appears, click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to begin the test.

Speaking Exam

  • For the speaking exam, a Zoom link will also be provided.

  • Speaking preparation will be completed on the platform, but the live speaking exam will be conducted by an examiner via Zoom

FAQs for the Test

  1. Can I reschedule my test if I’m unable to attend on the scheduled date?
    Unfortunately, rescheduling is not permitted under any circumstances. Please ensure you are available on your scheduled test date.

  2. What materials can I use during the test?
    You are allowed to use a paperback dictionary. Digital dictionaries or other electronic devices are strictly prohibited.

  3. How will I access the test?
    Detailed instructions will be sent a few days before the exam, and login details will be provided 24 hours prior to your test date.

  4. What if I have technical issues during the test?
    If you experience technical difficulties, contact the support team immediately. For the writing component, you may email a photo of your handwritten answers if you are unable to upload them.

  5. Can I take preparation lessons for the test?
